When the House sends a bill to congress they haven’t been voting on it because they say the President will veto it. They don’t vote on it cause they know it will pass then if the President vetoes the bill it will be the President that will be at the blame. Vote on the dang bill when it comes to Congress and let the blame fall where it belongs.
